>> Department for Training and Consultancy
The Department for Training and Consultancy develops medium and long-term professional development policies, policies on vocational training and educational consultancy, contributes to the development of human resource development for pre- and in-service training of teachers, realizes and delivers training services at high quality standards and provides, maintains and develops human resource networks.
Fields of activity:
- Training of trainers;
- Pre- and In-service training of teachers;
- Internal and international consultancy;
- Internal and external human resource development;
- Continuous training strategies and policies;
- Development of specific training materials.
>> Department for Programs Design
The Department for Programs Design is mainly focused on: designing the medium-term policy for the involvement of Center Education 2000+ in new national and international projects; designing new projects in compliance with the strategic approaches of the Center; designing future projects deriving from current projects under implementation; initiating new strategic partnerships at national and international level (either on current projects or on services delivered in partnership) and building or participating in international consortia with a view to apply for various international biddings.

- Building/participating in international consortia
- Coordinating activities for national and international bidding procedures.
>> Department for "Equal Chances in Education"
This department focuses on: initiating, implementing and assessing educational projects/programs for multicultural schools/communities; developing medium and long-term strategies and policies for educational development in communities with a large number of Roma children or in other multiethnic communities; selecting and developing human resources able to efficiently and qualitatively implement educational projects and programs for schools/communities with a large number of Roma; improving rural education.
Fields of activity:
- Implementing human resource development and institutional capacity building programs (Roma-related issues);
- Development of teaching/learning support materials for Roma language and culture, support to children and adult education in disadvantaged communities;
- Developing networks for future approaches in the domain.
>> Department for European Integration
The activity of this department is centered on: designing medium and long-term policies on the streamlining of project management activities; implementing new European integration programs in compliance high quality management standards; developing specific products as part of the Center Education 2000+ service offer..
Fields of activity:
- Joint action in implementing new human resource development programs for youth integration;
- Open guidance and advising services for youth;
- Analysis of the labor market needs and the educational outcomes of schooling in Romania;
- Human resource development for the knowledge economy.
>> Department for Finances and Administration
The objective of the department is to assure financial and logistic support in designing, and implementing programs. The department assures the financial analysis and management of the projects as well as the everyday needs of concretely implementing programs.
>> Service for Communication and Marketing
The Communication and Marketing Service maintains the connection between the organization and its environment, designs the communication and marketing policies, provides for a good information flow both towards and inside the organization, runs market research, identifies potential clients and develops partnerships on the educational market.
Fields of activity:
- Relationships with media representatives;
- Relationships with beneficiaries, clients and donors;
- Market research;
- Target public approach strategies.
The Center Education 2000+ team consists of 20 professionals in charge with the Center program and activity quality. For each activity, a program coordinator is selected based on her/his experience, specialization and abilities; a project assistant assists the program coordinator. The projects developed Center Education 2000+ are systematically monitored and go through initial, intermediary and final evaluation procedures that guarantee their quality as well as that of all other activities developed by the Center.
The Center has a network that includes 35 consultants, 30 monitors and over 100 trainers and evaluators who work based on a collaboration agreement.
